My heart goes out to
anyone caught in the floods in New Orleans, and
hopefully share everyone's rage about the national
government's handling of this issue.

that I think sums
this evil situation up rather nicely, and in a way
that captures the powerful feelings I have about
this event but am unable to express so eloquently
